CLOSED Referred to 311 For Further Review - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: CASTILLOE Log Type: CSR_FEEDBACK Summary: This is not a WPD issue, maybe Austin Water for the water leak or Tenants Council, Permitting? Details DetailsFlex NotesSR SLA (Due) Date/Time09/11/2023 11:59:08 AMWhat date did the flooding occur?08/08/2023 12:00:00 AMWhere did the flooding occur?Building/Residential - Private PropertyHow deep was the water? It didn't really rise but it did cover most of the floors. What is the estimated square footage?900 sqDescribe the problem in detail.Water wouldn't drain in the tub or in the toilet after flushing. It took about 10 minutes for the water to go down. After taking a shower water began rushing from the toilet, leaking through the walls into the hallway, bedroom closet, living room and 2nd bedroom. Water also leaked down to the 1st and 2nd floor apartments. Maintenace was able to vacuum the water up and dry the unit floors, but we are still worried about mold, mildew and the building structure as there was a lot of running water through the unit for about 25-30 minutes. We also had the outside roof/ceiling fall in on Monday Aug 7th. The building was built in 1960's so we are worried about the building structure that seems to be falling apart. We don't feel safe living there anymore.Closest intersection5156960AttachmentsDoc2_08102023120026.jpgDoc3_08102023120027.jpgDoc4_08102023120025.jpgDoc6_08102023120024.jpgScreenshot 2023-08-10 115832_08102023120029.jpgThis is not a WPD issue, maybe Austin Water for the water leak or Tenants Council, Permitting? - 5 months ago #23-00378763
