They have drain system on the street and since they repaved the street, it does not allow the rain to run off. The nearest storm system is by 50th street and Placid Pl. Attached pictures of map and storm inlets. The highlighted arrows on map are the inlets I checked which are cleared. Needs further engineering investigations. -
