Class: SR Created By: BARTHC Log Type: BLOCKAGE_CLEARED Summary: 11/15 Close out Details 11/7/2023Met onsite pond maintenance supervisor Derek Heyn, we found the two 6" wall drains, the one closest to residence was clogged with tree roots, causing pipe to back up resulting in the flooding conditions. We were able to remove the root system allowing the pipe to properly drain. Thier are additional general maintenance needs for this pond that will be addressed in existing work order21-133378. Contacted citizen and provided status update. -
