Someone using a loudspeaker at the Marketplace, probably mobile food vendors in the parking lot. Person talking in Spanish, can be heard a half mile away. Constant loud noise, both from loudspeaker and music, coming from this address.

Scoot Inn. Our house is building with their base. My daughter was just awoken and came into our room. Upset because of the loud music. It is a school night and this is really difficult to deal with. Thank you so much for your help.

Inn cahoot - attached screenshot from previous complaint. This business continues to play loud music late into the night regardless of what the city is doing. Can someone please stop this.
