Crosswalk pavers sunken creating distortions greater than 1/4 inch which is the threshold for ADA compliance. Sunken spots are also making the ride quality rough

Sidewalk is completely torn up and inaccessible to any type of foot traffic. Has been this way from several months. Creating hazard by forcing kids into the street when walking and riding bikes. See attached photo.

This recently leveled spot is a mess. There are 3 holes in it, and it it still soft. The tar/rocks stick to your shoes.

Sidewalk grown over and patched inconsistently, making it very difficult to navigate with scooters, wheelchairs, etc.
